Start with three answers

Create an account with your email and password, confirm your email, then sign in. No ChatGPT or Lovable account is needed. In Find funding, save your host country, career stage and organisation type. Add nationality, residence and research locations in the full profile when you know them.

Find funding

Search by topic or funder. Add an idea with a title, summary and keywords for transparent topic matches. Eligibility comes first: “Check” means information is missing or a funder must confirm a condition, not that you qualify. The official funder always decides.

Leave time for your institution

The starting notice buffer is 30 days. A call with less time is too late for a new lead application under that buffer; a partner role may still be relevant. Check both institution and applicant deadlines.

Saved applications, My ideas and Partners

Save a call, add tasks and notes, and move it through your application stages. Your saved history stays available even after a call closes. Your ideas, contacts and application work are private to your account. No emails are sent to your partner contacts.

Read source labels carefully

“Facts verified” is the date the funding details were reviewed. “Page checked” only means an automated retrieval was attempted. A changed, unavailable or overdue source needs caution: follow the official link before relying on the summary. Automated checks never turn uncertainty into eligibility.

Keep a copy of your work

Account settings lets you export your workspace. Importing a valid export replaces your workspace only after confirmation. Save a copy first. Account deletion needs deliberate confirmation and explains any partial failure.
