Privacy notice

This notice explains how Innovensys Limited (“we”) handles personal data on this website and in Grant Compass.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password, managed by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password in plain text.
• Workspace data you choose to enter: research profile, ideas, pipeline items, notes, tasks, partner contacts and custom opportunities.
• Technical data needed to keep you signed in securely (session tokens stored in your browser).

How we use it

Only to provide the service to you. Workspace data is private to your account. It is not shared with other users, added to the shared funding catalogue, or used to train AI models. We do not send emails to partner contacts you record.

Partner contacts

If you record details of other people in the partner planner, you are responsible for having a legitimate reason to hold them. You can edit or delete them at any time.

Your controls

• Export your full workspace as JSON, and pipeline data as CSV or calendar files.
• Delete all workspace data, or delete your account, from Account settings.

Payments

Grant Compass does not take payments. No payment details are collected.
